At Home 4 Hour Private Grilling Class

Private At Home 4 Hour class is a great class for those who have a gas grill…. We show you how to use your gas grill to it’s fullest.. ..students will prepare and cook a beer can chicken, stuff and grill a cabbage, learn how to pound out and stuff some great chicken breasts, students will prepare some fish, squash and potatoes. Along the way we will prepare some injected pork tenderloins and depending on the size of the class we might even stuff a flank steak and wrestle up some chicken wings. The 4 hour class is geared more towards a gas grill but can be tweaked to fit those who own a smoker, but keep in mind it is difficult to smoke most meats during a limited 4 hour class.

The cost is $550 for the first 4 people – with a minimum of 4 people. It is an additional $55 per person for additional people up to 12. The maximum number of people attending is 12. Call to schedule. For this class travel up to 20 miles from our location free. Distances over 20 miles will be charged $1.00 per mile for each mile over 20.
