This class is all about the steaks. For four hours you (or whoever you send) will help prepare and gorge yourselves on tons of steaks. Stuffed Flank Steak wrapped in bacon, Pork Steak both injected and stuffed, Salmon Steaks, Tuna Steaks, Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignons, T Bone Steaks, and yep.. there will even be some Buffalo Steaks and some HUGE gourmet Hamburger Steaks. !! This class is held right here in Phoenix.

This is a 4-hour Steak Packed Class designed to help those who want to improve upon their steak-grilling methods.

We will be working with primarily gas grills for this class but we will cover how to do the same items on charcoal and pellet grills.

Bring your appetite and your beverages for this steak-packed fiesta of flavors.
