Special 3 1/2 Hour Fish And Seafood BBQ Class

This class is all about fish and seafood! For three hours you (or whoever you send) will help prepare and eat great fish and seafood!!. Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Tilapa… it’s all on the menu and it’s all going to get eaten!! OK.. well even throw in some cedar plank salmon and a couple of great fish dishes wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill!!! This class will be held in our Phoenix facility. This is a 3 1/2 hour Seafood Fest!!! — designed to help those who want to improve upon their seafood grilling methods.

We will be working with primarily gas grills for this class but we will cover how to do the same items on charcoal and pellet grills.
